White Noise
The fascination we have with the Creator of our universe compels us to continually learn more about Him. The most unappreciated grandeur of the Most High is His
ability to be omnipresent (i.e., to be everywhere and at all times).

You may be thinking that in any setting He is a fly on the wall, simply observing all
that transpires and not having any impact or influence. That is not the case.
Even when you are doing nothing, like sleeping, God is . . .

God protects you from the natural and supernatural attacks
Psalm 3:5
When I sleep and wake up refreshed because sustain me, protect me.

God teaches you
Psalm 16:7
I praise you, Lord, for being my guide. Even in the darkest night, your teachings
fill my mind.

God gives you peace of mind
Proverbs 3:24-26
You can go to bed without fear; you will lie down and sleep soundly.  You need
not be afraid of sudden disaster or the destruction that comes upon the wicked,
for the Lord is your security.  He will keep your foot from being caught in a trap.

This benefit of being His child is similar to the “white noise” effect.  How many of
you sleep better during a summer rain with a slightly cracked window and the sound
of raindrops pelting the windows and siding of your house?  Or, napping at the beach
to the sound washing waves? You know it’s there, but not overwhelming you.  You
are comforted by it and you treasure the experience.

Clinically, white noise is a type of background noise.  Your brain registers the sound
in a manner that tells you all is well. For you deep thinkers.  White noise allows the
brain to give more resources to creative thinking.  The right sound environment helps
our brain adapt and recharge quickly, which is important for our intellectual abilities.

God is always in the forefront doing things for you and He is always in the background
doing things for you.  He is “watching over us”. That means He is
taking care of us. He is providing for us, He is protecting us.  Nothing we will ever
encounter in this world will dilute His favor towards us. Nothing – absolutely nothing –
has the power to get between us and our watchful God.

Psalm 121:4-8
Indeed He who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps.  The Lord
himself watches over you! The Lord stands beside you as your protective
shade. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon at night. The Lord
keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch
over you as you come and go, both now and forever.

24/7 God is present and active (genuinely working) in our lives. This guarantee is a
driving force for us to reciprocate with a response that is pleasing to Him.  The
response is simply a praise. Check it out.  It’s a win-win activity for you and Him.
The praise could be int form of a prose, Haiku, a poem, or a song.  It’s all good
and fun.

Song of the Week.  Hallelujah! Sing a New Song to GOD. Sing HIS
praise in the assembly of godly people. Psalm 149:1

"Remember" 2023, Sinach (Osinachi Kalu Okoro Egbu from Nigeria) I love epic sounds with a grand piano and low tone strings.  This song is simple, but powerful.  The first time I heard the lyrics, melody, and vocal, the song pushed to me immediately into a praise mode.  I listened to the song over and over and let it minister to me until I was wonderfully exhausted.  Lyrics are embedded in the video.
