S e a s o n s G r e et i n g s Visit to the City of the Monks Tis the Season to Be Giving - Give a Gift that Never Stops Giving Yesterday, I attended the ten year anniversary of Pastors Thomas and Mary Bady’s church, New Jerusalem. I had the opportunity to engage with many familiar faces I have not seen in a long time. My intention was to mingle, say a few words, and go visit my sister. There was a familiar theme with manyI connected with. “Thank you, Pastor Bob, the teaching and or sermon you delivered years ago has impacted my life. One member recounted the title and the Nehimiah text scripture of a sermon I delivered in 2009. Even I had to go back to my repository of sermons to find that one. The point today is God’s Word is life, brings life, changes life, strengthens life, enhances life. Better yet I will use an active voice, God’s Word is living.
