The Radiance of a Purposeful Life
Good Son-Day!!!
Psalm 8:3-4
When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?

The Radiance of a Purposeful Life
We all hold a deep appreciation for the sacrifice God made when He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).
Life
Christ's life, His existence, was precious to God.
"This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased" (Matthew 3:17).
Christ's life was the radiance of God's Glory.
Hebrews 1:3
The Son radiates God’s own glory. He is the exact likeness of God’s being. He uses his powerful Word to hold all things together. He provided the way for people to be made pure from sin. Then He sat down at the right hand of the King, the Majesty in heaven.
Christ's earthly life had purpose - redemption, and fullness
Mark 10:45 - Sacrificial love,
For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.
John 10:10 - Give us a full and blessed lifeI came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].
Your existence is precious to God
Psalms 139:13-14You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will praise Thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Thy works, and that my soul knoweth right well.
You radiate God's glory
2 Corinthians 3:18So our faces are not covered. They show the bright glory (radiance) of the Lord, as the Lord's Spirit makes us more and more like our glorious Lord.
God purposed your life to love others with works
Ephesians 2:10For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Regarding the above, the deepest truths don’t need many words. I was simply trying to express, in a spiritually philosophical way, the sacred value of life and the purpose woven into it.
As we move through this Lenten season, take a moment to remember what it truly means: to return, to reflect, to realign your heart with God’s. Lent isn’t just a ritual; it’s an invitation to live with intention. And somewhere out there, someone is waiting for the radiance only your life can bring.
Hallelujah! Sing a New Song to GOD. Sing HIS praise in the assembly of godly people. Psalm 149:1.
"Everything (Bless The Lord)", 2025, Tye Tribbett (born in Camden New Jersey)
I’ll be real for a moment. I’ve never considered myself a big Tye Tribbett fan. I know he has a massive following, and I absolutely respect the impact of his ministry. His energy, his anointing, and his creativity have strengthened so many people’s faith, and I can’t deny the fruit of that.
But this song… this one became my Saturday worship and devotion. It caught me off guard in the best way. Before you hit play, turn on the closed captions so you can follow the lyrics. Let them wash over you. Let them speak to you. Sometimes God uses the voices we least expect to reach us right when we need them most.
