Happy Son-Day - Taking in the Brisk Outdoors Contrasted Adventures When Is It My Time To . . . To finish the title, the ending phrase may be . . . To shine to be blessed to be healed, and on and on. We often hear God is always on time and rightfully so. But sometimes it does not feel that way. Even in the Bible, a few of the men of God questioned Him. The Sons of Korah lamented in a song, "My tears have been my food day and night, while people say to me all day long, “Where is your God?” (Psalm 42:3). Is questioning God a sin? The quick answer is no. Plenty in the Bible did it, including Abraham, Gideon, Jonah, Esther, Moses, Elijah, David, and Joseph. I do not recall any people I listed being struck by lightning. Even Thomas doubted the resurrection of Christ. Christ did not turn him into dust when they met face-to-face.
